Abstract

111,392. Bloxam, A. G., (Ewing, W. B.). Feb. 1, 1917. Agricultural tractors and the like with internalcombustion engines.-A tractor comprises a pair of driving-wheels 3 mounted in a frame 1 and a single rear steering-wheel 12, a draw-bar or frame 22 being pivoted to the frame to the rear of the driving-wheels and embracing the steering-wheel. The wheels 3 are driven by pinions 5 on a differential shaft 6, and the clutch and reversing-gear are operated from the driver's seat by shafts 31, 42. The wheel 12 is steered by worm gearing 15, 16. The reversing-gear is similar to that described in Specification 110,083, [Class 80 (ii), Gearing, Variable-speed &c.].
