Abstract

1,113,475. Cutting tools. WICKMAN WIMET Ltd. 9 June, 1966 [16 June, 1965], No. 25506/65. Heading B3B. A disposable cutting tip formed from a symmetrical regular shaped plate 9 with parallel faces 10 which in conjunction with side faces 15 form a plurality of cutting edges 12 around the faces 10. A channel 14 is formed in the side faces so as to form clearance for the tool tip in operation. The channel may be of V-section or of a curved or chamfered section.
