1,109,242. Gable-topped cartons. B. E. BARTRUM (INTERNATIONAL PAPER CO.). 13 April, 1965, No. 15745/65. Heading B8P. A thermoplastic-coated blank for forming a four-sided gable-topped container of the type described in Specification 1,046,424 has, in one of the gable surface closure panels 13, a slit line 30 or line of holes (50), Figs. 12-17 (not shown), and a pair of parallel score lines 40, 41. Areas A, B are printed with non-heat-sealable material. It is stated that the resulting container has desirable opening and pouring-spoutforming characteristics. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1,046,424.
