For mixing up and levelling watered earth after the earth has been levelled by but before compaction by a bulldozer there is provided for attachment beneath a bulldozer blade a plate to the underside of which longitudinal extending, scarifier teeth are attached. Preferably each tooth is pivotally secured between its ends to the plate. The teeth may be organised in two laterally swingable sets, which are usually adjusted so that the sets diverge forwardly with respect to each other. An adjustable, earth-levelling flap can be hinged to the rear of the plate.
