Abstract

Steam-sterilizing apparatus comprises a sterilization chamber into which steam may be introduced and one or more steam ejectors arranged to evacuate the chamber, a connection being made between the discharge from the ejector(s) and the chamber whereby a portion of the steam discharge may be bled into the chamber.
