Abstract

1,088,854. Agitators for containers. MASSEYFERGUSON (FARM SERVICES) Ltd. April 30, 1965 [May 8, 1964], No. 19350/64. Heading B8S. When grain from a container 2 falls through aperture 15 and is discharged by screw 17, arching of the grain in the container is prevented by means of air tight tubes 14 which are fed by compressed air via pipes 8 and 9 from pump 10, the expansion of the pipes by the compressed air serving to release the arched material by breaking the arch.
