The contacts 3, 7 of a high-voltage disconnect switch, which is electromagnetically actuated, are spherical, the moving contact 7 being connected to its terminal by a spiral strip spring 1 located in an anti-corona housing 4. The contact 7 is pivoted to an insulating operating lever 2 pivoted at 5.
