Abstract
The process for producing brewers' wort described and claimed in Specification 1,014,114 is improved or modified in that the enzyme-containing mash is heated up to, and maintained at, a temperature in the range over 40 DEG C.-70 DEG C. for a period of up to 90 minutes.
