1,081,784. Valves; locking nuts. INGENI- ÍRSFIRMAN FLIESBERG A.B. April 25, 1966 [April 30, 1965], No. 17945/66. Headings F2H and F2V. A locking plate for a valve gland nut (4) comprises a U-shaped resilient member having a flat part (10) formed with a hole, the shape of the nut and shanks (11), (12) parallel to the axis of the nut having end portions (8), (9) which engage lugs (6), (7) on the valve bonnet. The valve bonnet may be provided with studs, lugs, shoulders, slits or yokes to engage corresponding holes, recesses or notches in the shanks of the locking plate.
