1,073,438. Chains. GEWERKSCHAFT EISENHUTTE WESTFALIA. May 7, 1965 [May 8, 1964], No. 19340/65. Heading F2Q. Cables, hoses or the like 11 are protected by a chain having links formed by a central body portion 2 having top and bottom flanges 3, 3a forming channels 9, 10 accommodating the cables &c. The body portion 2 is pivoted at each end to adjoining links, at least the end links of the chain having clamps 5, 5a securing the cables &c. within the channels. Each clamp is formed in two parts tightened by screw means 8 which is pivotally mounted on a pin 4 extending between the flanges.
