Abstract

1,056,577. Alarm clocks. GEBRœDER JUNGHANS A.G. May 14, 1964 [May 16, 1963; March 26, 1964], No. 20211/84. Heading G3T. An alarm clock has a bell 13 forming its rear wall and secured to a frame 12 by a single element 16 located adjacent the minute arbor 14. In Fig. 2 the element 16 is formed as a pin which has a threaded bore to accept a retaining screw 17. The pin has a projection 16a at one end, by which it is riveted to the frame 12, and a shaped projection 16b at the other end which locates in a correspondingly shaped aperture in the bell 13. The pin 16 may have a flat surface which intersects the stem end projections.
