C r e e l arrange ments; spindle apparatus.-Relates to the unwinding or delivery of threads &c. from supply bobbins on fixed or rotating spindles. Between the delivery bobbin and the receiving-bobbin and preferably arranged as a cap on the end of the delivery bobbin a, is a disk or member f having a rim or edge tapering towards the delivery bobbin and provided around its centre with a strip j of plush or other pile fabric &c. to engage with the yarn as it is withdrawn endways from the bobbin.
