Abstract
105,159. Heath, J. June 20, 1916. Stopping pipes.-The drain plug comprises two end plates a, b and a rubber ring c which is initially of a curved or bulged profile. The rubber is further bulged, when required, by means of a screw e passing through the disk a and engaging an internally screwed boss f formed on the inner side of the disk b. The screw e, which is operated by the winged collar g, may be hollow and provided with a screw stopper i. Specification 3591/95 is referred to.
