A photographic stripping film comprises, in order, a hydrophobic cellulose ester temporary support such as of cellulose triacetate, a stripping layer of ethyl cellulose and cellulose nitrate in a weight ratio between 1/19 and 1/1, which layer also comprises the permanent support, a subbing layer and a light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer.
