1,046,886. Mobile jib-cranes. BRITISH CRANE & EXCAVATOR CORPORATION Ltd. Aug. 24, 1965 [Aug. 29, 1964], No. 35478/64. Heading B8B. A mobile crane 10 with a luffing sectional jib 11 has an auxiliary boom 15 which is used to load and unload extension sections 12, 13 for the jib and is moved in a vertical plane by luffing the main jib 11. The boom 15 may be mounted on either side of the jib 10 and swings about vertical pivot-pins 20 supported on plates 17 by brackets 18.
