Abstract
1,043,736. Sheeting dough by rolling. SORENSEN BAKERY EQUIPMENT Ltd. July 13, 1964 [July 12, 1963], No. 27634/63. Heading B5A. A dough sheeting machine comprises a plurality of pairs a, b of rollers, rollers b being mounted on a bracket B pivoted at a<SP>1</SP> so that by moving bracket B the nips, largest at the top and smallest at the bottom, may be varied. Bracket B is adjusted by rotation of a screwthreaded rod c in a lug b<SP>1</SP> and the roller a of the lowermost pair may be adjusted by rotation of a rod c<SP>1</SP>. Alternatively bracket B may be mounted by two screw-threaded rods of differing pitch which are geared together so that rotation of one rod causes effective pivoting of the bracket. The sheeted dough is removed by a conveyer D<SP>1</SP>.
