Abstract

1,037,383. Transistor relay circuits. E. B. COHEN. Sept. 1, 1964 [June 4, 1963], No. 22117/63. Heading H3T. [Also in Division G4] An alarm circuit comprises a pair of crosscoupled transistors normally biased to be on the point of oscillation. Sounds picked up on a microphone connected to the circuit causes it to oscillate and the resulting increase in current through a relay in the collector circuit of one of the transistors causes it to operate.
