Abstract

1,036,955. Pressurised dispensing containers. I-TO-I (PLASTICS) Ltd. June 25, 1965 [Aug. 31, 1964], No. 35621/64. Heading F1R. A valve actuator cap for a pressurised aerosol dispenser comprises depending cylindrical walls 3 and 7 adapted to fit within outer and inner annular beaded portions on the container 6 and a tubular portion 11 having an outlet orifice 12 which frictionally engages over spring biased container valve stem 10. An outwardly extending flange 14 or a plurality of projections are provided on wall 7 to engage below inner beaded portion 8. A tear strip 16 is provided around the lower end of wall 3 which strip prevents the cap from being depressed until torn away.
