1,032,785. Methods of erecting buildings. C. VAN DER LELY N.V. Sept. 11, 1962 [Oct. 4, 1961], No. 50026/65. Divided out of 1,032,784. Heading E1A. A building is erected by hauling, by means of a winch and cable, pre-fabricated units from a vehicle 48 over a ramp, between the vehicle and the building and which is made of parts such as 110 and 111 the number of which can be varied to change the length of the ramp. The ramp is supported at the ends of the parts on adjustable props 138, 144. A ramp part comprises two parallel lattice girders made of tubes and connected by cross bracing, each girder having a double upper chord and carrying angle irons to guide the building units.
