Box-openers and prizing-tools.-The lid 2, Fig. 3, of a container is provided with a lever having a hook 5 engaging a perforation in the lid flange, so that the lever may be turned into the position shown by dotted lines for use in removing the lid. In a modification, the lever has a hook 10, Fig. 5, engaging a bead 11, which is flattened or cut away at 12 to enable the lever to be put in place.
