1,018,275. Reversible ploughs. F. CHAMPION. Sept. 2, 1964 [Sept. 9, 1963], No. 35425/63. Heading A1B. A reversible plough of the type described in Specification 661,000 has a device for locking the reversible shaft 9 in two positions, which device comprises a disc 19 keyed to the shaft and having notches 21, 22 engageable alternately by a spring urged rod 17 of square cross section mounted on a member 15 slidable on the shaft. The device is operated during raising and lowering of the plough by a lever 1 connected to a tractor pivoted at 11 and carrying at one end a pin 12 which engages a cam member 13 acting through a transverse shaft 26 and double crank 14 to slide the member 15 along the shaft.
