[Also in Division B3] A pull tab 37 secured to a tear strip 13, Fig. 1 (not shown), of a container end member has a hole 39 formed therein, the hole being smaller in diameter than the enlarged end of a rivet formed in the tear strip. The hole 39 is enlarged by forming a flange 41, Fig. 13 (not shown), so that the tab can be passed over the rivet.
