1, 010, 353. Auxiliary eye shield. AMERICAN OPTICAL CO. Oct. 9, 1963 [Jan. 11, 1963], No.39856/63. Heading G2J. An auxiliary eye protector comprises a first supporting unit having a bridge 12, end portion 14 to which eye shields are attached by pins 21, 22 and rearwardly extending lugs 23, 24 bifurcated at ends 25, and a second supporting unit having a bar 29 which can be slipped into, and fractionally but pivotably held in, ends 25 and resilient clips 30 for engaging the lenses 38 on a pair of spectacle.
