1,010,259. Loose-leaf binders. R. KRAUSE, F. ROMANN, and E. ROTH, [trading as ROBERT KRAUSE KOMM-GES.,]. Oct. 12, 1964 [Oct. 10, 1963], No. 41583/64. Heading B6E. In a pivoted-arch file, comprising two arches a, b attached respectively to abutting plates c, d held within a covering bar e, the arch b is attached to the underside of its plate d. When the file is mounted in a cover, Fig. 2, the arrangement permits the sheets to lie flat on the cover, which has openings h to receive the attachment part b<SP>1</SP> of the arch b. In Fig. 4, the file is attached to the edge of a board x, and the arch b has an extended U-shaped part b<SP>2</SP> which allows the sheets to be turned through 360 degrees.
