Abstract

1,000,443. Cigarette cartons. D. T. N. and MOLINS ORGANISATION Ltd. April 13, 1964 [April 26, 1963], No. 16541/63. Headings B8C and B8P. A sheet 1, which is to be folded to form a carton (Fig. 1) has a strip of material 2 attached to an edge 3 (Fig. 2), the strip forming a top 12 to the carton. The strip is preferably of contrasting appearance and if duplex laminated paper is used for the sheet 1, the strip 2 may be of similar material the ether way up. The sheet 1 may be made of paper, foil, sheet plastics or plastics impregnated paper and the strip adhered to it by adhesive crimping heat sealing or ultrasonically.
