Abstract

Le modèle d'utilité publie un filtre parallèle à double cylindre en acier inoxydable, qui comprend deux cylindres filtrants gauche et droit, un tuyau d'entrée d'huile, un tuyau d'évacuation d'huile, une vanne à trois voies et un élément filtrant. Il y a un mécanisme de nettoyage à l'intérieur des cylindres filtrants gauche et droite, et le mécanisme de nettoyage comprend deux tiges coulissantes avant et arrière. Ces deux tiges coulissantes sont reliées de manière fixe aux côtés gauche et droit de la paroi intérieure du cylindre filtrant et comportent une plaque de montage reliée de manière coulissante à la surface. Deux tiges coulissantes sont disposées symétriquement sous l'intérieur du cylindre filtrant, et les tiges coulissantes correspondantes sont également reliées de manière coulissante à une plaque de montage. De plus, les surfaces des deux tiges coulissantes situées sur les côtés gauche et droit de la plaque de montage sont équipées de ressorts vibrants. Le modèle d'utilité concerne le domaine technique des filtres. Ce filtre parallèle à double cylindre en acier inoxydable démarre le moteur d'entraînement pour faire tourner la came après une longue utilisation de l'élément filtrant. La came est en contact avec le côté de la plaque de montage, et grâce à la coopération du ressort vibrant, l'élément filtrant vibre à gauche et à droite, nettoyant ainsi les particules abrasives adhérant à la surface de l'élément filtrant et améliorant la praticité de l'appareil.
