本发明涉及空气净化技术领域，具体为一种具有清洗过滤网功能的工空气净化装置。
背景技术
空气净化是指针对室内的各种环境问题提供杀菌消毒、降尘除霾、祛除有害装修残留以及异味等整体解决方案，提高改善生活、办公条件，增进身心健康。
对于目前市场上的空气净化装置来说，还是存在很大的一部分问题，就比如对空气的过滤效果不好，同时不方便过滤网的清洗的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：提供一种清洗过滤网功能好的空气净化装置。
本发明的技术方案是：一种具有清洗过滤网功能的空气净化装置，主要包括进化箱、固定杆、水槽和水泵，所述进化箱的中部连接有隔板，且进化箱的左侧开设有进气管道，并且进气管道的上方连接有安装板，所述安装板的上方安装有风机，且风机的上方设置有出风管，所述进化箱的内壁固定有固定块，且固定块之间连接有过滤网，所述进化箱的上方左侧开设有出气口，所述固定杆的左侧连接有连接轴，且连接轴的下方连接有活动杆，所述水槽的上方固定有连接板，且连接板的表面开设有漏水孔，所述进化箱的右侧连接有活动架，且活动架的左侧固定有清洗刷，并且活动架通过电动伸缩杆与进化箱的表面相连接，所述进化箱的右侧上方安装有喷水头，所述水泵的上方连接有导水管，且导水管与喷水头相连接，所述隔板的表面开设有开槽，且过滤网之间固定有固定板。
所述过滤网设置有两个，且2个过滤网通过固定板相连接，并且过滤网的厚度与固定块之间的距离相等。
所述固定杆呈螺纹状结构，且固定杆贯穿进化箱与固定板为螺纹连接，并且固定杆通过连接轴与活动杆构成旋转结构。
所述活动架呈倒“E”字形结构，且活动架通过电动伸缩杆与进化箱的表面构成伸缩结构。
所述清洗刷与活动架为固定连接，且相邻2个清洗刷之间的距离与过滤网的厚度相等，并且清洗刷的长度与过滤网宽度相等。
所述开槽的长度与过滤网的宽度相等，且过滤网与开槽构成滑动结构。
有益效果
1.该空气净化装置，设置有两层过滤网，能够有效的对空气进行过滤，提高该装置的过滤效果，设置有固定杆，固定杆与过滤网之间的固定板通过轴承连接，进而方便转动固定杆，使固定杆推动过滤网，并通过开槽穿过隔板，使过滤网搭在右侧的固定块上，方便过滤网的移动，设置有清洗刷，能够通过电动伸缩杆带动活动架内侧的清洗刷对过滤网的两面进行洗刷，进而方便除去过滤网表面的脏垢，设置有水泵，能够通过导水管上方的喷水头对过滤网进行喷水，进而方便了对过滤网的清洗。

具体实施方式
如图1-图4所示，一种具有清洗过滤网功能的空气净化装置，主要包括进化箱1、隔板2、进气管道3、安装板4、风机5、出风管6、固定块7、过滤网8、出气口9、固定杆10、连接轴11、活动杆12、水槽13、连接板14、漏水孔15、活动架16、清洗刷17、电动伸缩杆18、喷水头19、水泵20、导水管21、固定板22和开槽23，进化箱1的中部连接有隔板2，且进化箱1的左侧开设有进气管道3，并且进气管道3的上方连接有安装板4，安装板4的上方安装有风机5，且风机5的上方设置有出风管6，进化箱1的内壁固定有固定块7，且固定块7之间连接有过滤网8，进化箱1的上方左侧开设有出气口9，固定杆10的左侧连接有连接轴11，且连接轴11的下方连接有活动杆12，水槽13的上方固定有连接板14，且连接板14的表面开设有漏水孔15，进化箱1的右侧连接有活动架16，且活动架16的左侧固定有清洗刷17，并且活动架16通过电动伸缩杆18与进化箱1的表面相连接，进化箱1的右侧上方安装有喷水头19，水泵20的上方连接有导水管21，且导水管21与喷水头19相连接，隔板2的表面开设有开槽23，且过滤网8之间固定有固定板22。
过滤网8设置有两个，且2个过滤网8通过固定板22相连接，并且过滤网8的厚度与固定块7之间的距离相等，有效的提高该装置的过滤效果。
固定杆10呈螺纹状结构，且固定杆10贯穿进化箱1与固定板22为螺纹连接，并且固定杆10通过连接轴11与活动杆12构成旋转结构，方便推动过滤网8向右侧移动。
活动架16呈倒“E”字形结构，且活动架16通过电动伸缩杆18与进化箱1的表面构成伸缩结构，方便清洗刷17的固定。
清洗刷17与活动架16为固定连接，且相邻2个清洗刷17之间的距离与过滤网8的厚度相等，并且清洗刷17的长度与过滤网8宽度相等，有效的对过滤网8进行清洗。
开槽23的长度与过滤网8的宽度相等，且过滤网8与开槽23构成滑动结构，方便过滤网8的移动。
在使用时，首先，将该装置推到需要使用的地方，打开风机5，使风机5通过进气管道3将空气吸入，并通过出风管6将空气排到进化箱1内部的过滤网8上，并且过滤网8设置有两个，能够有效的提高该装置的过滤效果，并使过滤后的空气通过出气口9中排出，进而方便该装置的过滤进化，当需要清洗过滤网8时，转动活动杆12，使活动杆12通过连接轴11，转动到与固定杆10水平位置，再旋转活动杆12，使固定杆10在进化箱1内部向内部运动，进而固定杆10是通过轴承与2个过滤网8之间的固定板22相连接的，进而方便了转动固定杆10挤压固定板22，使过滤网8在隔板2中部的开槽23内向右运动，进而方便将过滤网8移至右侧的固定块7上，方便过滤网8的固定，再打开水泵20，且水泵20通过导水管21和喷水头19将水撒到过滤网8上，同时再打开电动伸缩杆18，使电动伸缩杆18带动活动架16内侧的清洗刷17对过滤网8的表面进行洗刷，进而方便对过滤网8进行清洗。

1.一种具有清洗过滤网功能的空气净化装置，主要包括进化箱(1)、固定杆(10)、水槽(13)和水泵(20)，其特征在于：所述进化箱(1)的中部连接有隔板(2)，且进化箱(1)的左侧开设有进气管道(3)，并且进气管道(3)的上方连接有安装板(4)，所述安装板(4)的上方安装有风机(5)，且风机(5)的上方设置有出风管(6)，所述进化箱(1)的内壁固定有固定块(7)，且固定块(7)之间连接有过滤网(8)，所述进化箱(1)的上方左侧开设有出气口(9)，所述固定杆(10)的左侧连接有连接轴(11)，且连接轴(11)的下方连接有活动杆(12)，所述水槽(13)的上方固定有连接板(14)，且连接板(14)的表面开设有漏水孔(15)，所述进化箱(1)的右侧连接有活动架(16)，且活动架(16)的左侧固定有清洗刷(17)，并且活动架(16)通过电动伸缩杆(18)与进化箱(1)的表面相连接，所述进化箱(1)的右侧上方安装有喷水头(19)，所述水泵(20)的上方连接有导水管(21)，且导水管(21)与喷水头(19)相连接，所述隔板(2)的表面开设有开槽(23)，且过滤网(8)之间固定有固定板(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清洗过滤网功能的空气净化装置，其特征在于：所述过滤网(8)设置有两个，且2个过滤网(8)通过固定板(22)相连接，并且过滤网(8)的厚度与固定块(7)之间的距离相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清洗过滤网功能的空气净化装置，其特征在于：所述固定杆(10)呈螺纹状结构，且固定杆(10)贯穿进化箱(1)与固定板(22)为螺纹连接，并且固定杆(10)通过连接轴(11)与活动杆(12)构成旋转结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清洗过滤网功能的空气净化装置，其特征在于：所述活动架(16)呈倒“E”字形结构，且活动架(16)通过电动伸缩杆(18)与进化箱(1)的表面构成伸缩结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清洗过滤网功能的空气净化装置，其特征在于：所述清洗刷(17)与活动架(16)为固定连接，且相邻2个清洗刷(17)之间的距离与过滤网(8)的厚度相等，并且清洗刷(17)的长度与过滤网(8)宽度相等。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清洗过滤网功能的空气净化装置，其特征在于：所述开槽(23)的长度与过滤网(8)的宽度相等，且过滤网(8)与开槽(23)构成滑动结构。
