Abstract
L’invention concerne un projecteur (1) pour véhicule automobile comprenant un boitier fermé (2) par une glace (3) et un masque (4) intercalé entre le boitier et la glace, ledit masque étant muni d’une ouverture (5) dans laquelle s’insère une lentille (6) d’un module d’éclairage latéral de sorte que l’axe longitudinal de la lentille est orienté obliquement par rapport à l’axe transversal du projecteur. L’invention concerne également un véhicule automobile équipé un tel projecteur. L’invention concerne le domaine des blocs optiques d’éclairage et/ou de signalisation des véhicules automobiles. L’invention porte en particulier sur un projecteur de véhicule automobile. L’invention concerne également un véhicule automobile équipé d’un tel projecteur. L’invention s’applique, notamment, aux voitures.The invention relates to the field of optical lighting and/or signaling units for motor vehicles. On sait que les projecteurs qui sont installés à l’avant des véhicules automobiles pour éclairer la route en conditions nocturnes sont classiquement constitués d’un boitier fermé par une glace. On sait aussi que certains constructeurs automobiles ont adaptés les projecteurs de leurs véhicules pour permettre au conducteur de mieux discerner le contour des virages en y implantant pour cela un module d’éclairage latéral. Or, pour permettre la fourniture de cet éclairage latéral additionnel qui éclaire les bords de la chaussée, il est nécessaire que le module d’éclairage latéral soit implanté dans le projecteur de sorte que ses éléments d’éclairage génèrent des rayons lumineux dans une direction qui est oblique par rapport à l’axe transversal du projecteur formant son axe d’éclairage principal, séparée de celui-ci d’un angle d’environ 45°. Du fait de cette contrainte, les constructeurs automobiles ont donc eu besoin de développer des solutions pour assurer le maintien d’un module d’éclairage latéral dans un projecteur de sorte à permettre cet éclairage en biais, et ils ont généralement eu recours pour cela à l’implantation dans le projecteur d’un support dédié distinct du boitier du projecteur auquel le module d’éclairage latéral est fixé. Cependant, cette solution qui consiste à utiliser un tel support dédié pour maintenir en position le module d’éclairage latéral a pour conséquence de complexifier l’assemblage du projecteur et d’en augmenter les couts de fabrication.We know that the headlights which are installed at the front of motor vehicles to illuminate the road in nighttime conditions are classically made up of a box closed by a glass. Due to this constraint, automobile manufacturers have therefore needed to develop solutions to ensure the maintenance of a side lighting module in a headlight so as to allow this lighting at an angle, and they have generally resorted to this. the installation in the projector of a dedicated support separate from the projector housing to which the side lighting module is attached. However, this solution which consists of using such a dedicated support to hold the side lighting module in position has the consequence of complicating the assembly of the projector and increasing its manufacturing costs.
L’invention vise à remédier à ces inconvénients. L’invention vise en particulier à fournir une solution pour supporter un module d’éclairage latéral dans un projecteur sans avoir recours à l’utilisation d’un support dédié. Pour ce faire, l’invention a pour objectif de fournir une solution pour que seul le boitier d’un projecteur puisse être utilisé pour assurer le maintien d’un module d’éclairage latéral. De cette manière, l’invention souhaite diminuer la complexité d’assemblage d’un projecteur au sein duquel un module d’éclairage latéral est implanté et ainsi permettre la minimisation des couts de fabrication d’un tel projecteur.The invention aims to remedy these drawbacks.
