Abstract

L’invention concerne une poudre d’alliage à base de nickel, qui comprend en pourcentages massiques, 14,00 à 15,25 % de chrome, 14,25 à 15,75 % de cobalt, 4,00 à 4,60 % d’aluminium, 0 à 0,50 % de fer, 0 à 0,15 % de manganèse, 3,00 à 3,70 % de titane, 3,90 à 4,50 % de molybdène, 0 à 0,015 % de soufre, 0 à 0,06 % de zirconium, 0,012 à 0,020 % de bore, 0 à 0,20 % de silicium, 0 à 0,10 % de cuivre, 0 à 150 ppm de carbone, 0 à 0,5 ppm de bismuth, 0 à 5 ppm de plomb, 0 à 1000 ppm de platine, 0 à 1000 ppm de palladium, 0 à 50 ppm d’hydrogène, 0 à 5 ppm d’argent, 0 à 120 ppm d’azote, 0 à 1000 ppm de rhénium, 0 à 410 ppm d’oxygène et 0 à 500 ppm d’impuretés inévitables,, le reste étant constitué par du nickel, et qui présente une granulométrie D10 comprise entre 3 et 10 µm, une granulométrie D90 comprise entre 20 et 40 µm et une granulométrie D50 comprise entre 10 et 20 µm, les valeurs des granulométries D10, D50 et D90 ayant été mesurées par diffraction laser selon la norme ISO 13322-2.
