Abstract

L’invention décrit un catalyseur comprenant au moins un élément hydro-déshydrogénant choisi dans le groupe formé par les éléments du groupe VIB et du groupe VIII de la classification périodique, seul ou en mélange et un support comprenant au moins une zéolithe et une silice alumine amorphe, dans lequel la zéolithe présente un indice de distribution des sites acides (ASDI) supérieur à 0,15 et une densité de sites acides (déterminée par échange H/D) comprise entre 0,05 et 1 mmole/g, et dans lequel le support présente un volume poreux, mesuré par porosimétrie à l’azote, développé dans les pores de diamètre compris entre 6 nm et 11 nm, inférieur à 0,5 mL/g, une densité de grain, mesurée par déplacement de mercure sous une pression de 0,003 MPa, supérieure 0,93 g/mL, et une densité de remplissage tassé (DRT) supérieure à 0,5 g/mL et inférieure à 0,65 g/mL. Un autre objet de la présente invention concerne le procédé de préparation dudit catalyseur comprenant au moins une étape de préparation d’un gel de silice alumine par mélange d’un précurseur de silice avec un précurseur d’alumine spécifique et un procédé d’hydrocraquage d’une charge hydrocarbonée en présence dudit catalyseur.
