Abstract

L’invention concerne un frein (1) à disque de véhicule. Le frein (1) disque comporte un ressort de patin (5) pour le rappel d’un patin (7) de frein, le montage et le guidage de l’oreille (72) de patin. Le ressort de patin (5) est configuré pour solliciter élastiquement le patin (7) vers une position de retrait. Le ressort de patin (5) est configuré pour être déformé plastiquement pour solliciter le patin (7) vers une position de freinage lorsqu’un jeu d’usure de la garniture de freinage (71) est supérieur à un jeu déterminé. Le ressort de patin (5) est configuré pour solliciter élastiquement l’oreille (72) de patin dans un logement pour l’oreille (72) de patin. Le ressort de patin (5) est configuré pour guider axialement l’oreille (72) de patin dans le logement de l’oreille (72) de patin. Figure pour l’abrégé : figure 5
