L’invention concerne un ensemble comportant une préforme fibreuse (20) et un moule d’injection (17) d’une résine dans la préforme fibreuse (20), le moule d’injection (17) comprenant : - une partie supérieure (17a) métallique présentant une première empreinte (17c) de l’aube (11), - une partie inférieure (17b) métallique présentant une seconde empreinte (17c’) de l’aube (11), les première et seconde empreintes (17c, 17c’) définissant une cavité de réception (17d) de la préforme fibreuse (20) et du bouclier de protection (14), - un élément d’appui (18) en matériau polymérique qui est logé dans la partie inférieure et/ou supérieure (17b, 17a) et qui est configuré pour exercer un effort de compression sur le bouclier de protection (14).
