Abstract
Capteur pour l'acquisition d'une carte de profondeur d'une scène La présente description concerne un capteur (12) d'un signal lumineux réfléchi pour acquérir une carte de profondeur de la scène. Chaque pixel de profondeur (Pix) du capteur comprend au moins une paire de photosites (P1-1, P2-1 ; P1-2, P2-2). Chaque paire de photosites (P1-1, P2-1 ; P1-2, P2-2) comprend un premier photosite (P1-1, ; P1-2) d'un premier substrat semiconducteur (100) et un deuxième photosite (P2-1, ; P2-2) d'un deuxième substrat (130) sur lequel est empilé le premier substrat (100). Chaque pixel (Pix) est configuré pour acquérir, pour chaque paire de photosites (P1-1, P2-1 ; P1-2, P2-2) du pixel (Pix), au moins un échantillon de charges photogénérées simultanément dans des éléments photosensibles (101, 131) des photosites (P1-1, P2-1 ; P1-2, P2-2) de ladite paire.
