Abstract

The invention relates to a car (10) for a vehicle, in particular for a railway vehicle, the car (10) having at least one access (22) adapted for a person with reduced mobility. The car (10) includes a central area (16) including a dining area (30), the dining area (30) including at least one refueling facility. The catering space (30) has a corridor (44) arranged next to the at least one refueling facility in a transverse direction (Y) of the car (10). Car for vehicle with catering area adapted for people with reduced mobility

The present invention relates to a car for a vehicle, in particular for a railway vehicle, the car having at least one access adapted for people with reduced mobility, the car comprising a central zone comprising a catering area, the catering area comprising at least one installation refueling area, the catering space having a corridor arranged next to the at least one refueling facility in a transverse direction of the car.

The invention further relates to a vehicle, in particular a railway vehicle, comprising such a car.

A refueling facility is, for example, a bar with a counter allowing users to consume their drink or food.

The catering space generally offers limited circulation space.

Thus, the catering area is generally little or not accessible to people with reduced mobility, who then do not benefit from the same services as other passengers.

This further excludes them from a friendly zone.

An object of the invention is to provide a car for a vehicle with a restaurant area accessible to all passengers.

To this end, the subject of the invention is a car of the aforementioned type, in which the corridor has an arrangement and sufficient dimensions to allow the crossing of two people in wheelchairs.

A corridor with a layout and dimensions sufficient to allow the crossing of two people with reduced mobility (PRM), more particularly in wheelchairs, thus allows easy maneuverability of the catering area for one or more people in wheelchairs. This arrangement also makes it possible to enjoy easy access to so-called universal toilets. In particular, anyone, in a wheelchair or not, has access to the refueling facility and can move freely in the catering area.

The car may also have one or more of the characteristics below, considered individually or in all technically possible combinations:

- the car has a flat floor throughout the central area;

- the at least one refueling facility includes at least one automatic vending machine for foodstuffs and/or drinks;

- the central zone has a free space on the ground, the corridor being included in the free space on the ground, the free space on the ground comprising a circulation circle having a diameter greater than or equal to 1500 mm, the circulation circle being included in the corridor ;

- the free space on the ground comprises a maneuvering circle having a diameter greater than or equal to 1660 mm, the maneuvering circle having a non-zero intersection with the circulation circle, the intersection representing less than 35%, more particularly less than 25%, of the circle of circulation,

- the central area includes a toilet area;

- at least one of the at least one access adapted for people with reduced mobility opens into the central zone;

- the central zone comprises a free space on the ground, the free space on the ground comprising an annex circle having a diameter greater than or equal to 1680 mm, the annex circle being arranged outside the catering space;

- the car comprises at least one travel space for passengers, a first of the at least one travel space being adjacent to the central zone, a PMR space accessible to people with reduced mobility being arranged in the first travel space, the PMR space being arranged adjacent to the central zone; and or

- the first travel space and the central zone are separated by a door, the door defining an opening having a width greater than or equal to 1000 mm.

The car 10 is provided for a vehicle, in particular for a railway vehicle.

The direction of elevation is defined as the direction perpendicular to the rolling plane of the car 10 and the longitudinal X and transverse Y directions as usually defined according to the direction of movement of the car.

The vehicle comprises at least one bogie 12, 13 carrying the car 10.

More particularly, the vehicle here comprises a first bogie 12 carrying the car 10 and a second bogie 13 carrying the car 10 and an adjacent car.

The car 10 here comprises two side walls 14, 15 opposite in the transverse direction Y.

The car 10 comprises at least one central zone 16.

The two accesses 22 extend facing each other in the transverse direction Y.

The central zone 16 has a circulation space 23 between the two accesses 22 in the transverse direction Y.

The access or accesses 22 connect the central zone 16 to the outside of the car 10.

The access or accesses 22 include, for example, each a door 24 to the outside of the car 10.

The access(es) 22 have a width greater than or equal to 1000 mm, more particularly greater than or equal to 1250 mm.

The access(es) 22 comprise, for example, a deployable access ramp or a system for attaching a removable access ramp, facilitating access for people with reduced mobility to or from a platform.

The car 10 comprises a flat floor 26 in the whole of the central zone 16. More particularly, the floor 26 is horizontal, that is to say perpendicular to the direction of elevation Z. The floor 26 thus has a single height.

The distance between the side walls 14, 15 along the transverse direction Y in the central zone 16 is strictly greater than or equal to 2600 mm, more particularly between 2600 mm and 2700 mm.

The central zone 16 has a dimension in the longitudinal direction X of between 7200 mm and 7400 mm, more particularly equal to 7300 mm .

The central zone 16 has a free space on the ground 28.

The free space on the ground 28 corresponds to a circulation space in the central zone 16.

The free space on the ground is devoid of any obstacle to circulation between the floor 26 and a given height. The given height is, for example, greater than or equal to 2.0 meters, more particularly equal to 2520 mm.

The central area 16 includes a dining area 30.

The central zone 16 here also includes a so-called universal toilet space 32.

The catering space 30 includes at least one refueling facility 34.

The refueling facility or facilities 34 are arranged against the same side wall 14 of the car 10.

The refueling installations 34 are arranged one against the other in the longitudinal direction X in the event of a plurality of installations.

The maximum dimension of at least one refueling installation 34 in the transverse direction Y is here less than or equal to 900 mm.

The maximum dimension of the assembly of at least one refueling installation 34 along the longitudinal direction X is here less than or equal to 2000 mm.

The at least one refueling installation 34 includes at least one vending machine 36 for foodstuffs and/or hot and/or cold drinks.

In the example shown, the at least one refueling installation 34 comprises a plurality of automatic distributors 36 arranged against the same side wall 14 of the car 10 in the central zone 16.

The or each vending machine is suitable for dispensing food and/or drink at a height of between 50 cm and 100 cm.

The vending machines 36 are arranged against each other in the longitudinal direction X.

The catering area 30 has no counter intended to be managed by at least one employee arranged behind it.

Such vending machines take up little space, especially compared to a counter, which frees up space for circulation.

The vending machine(s) 36 have a facade 38 opposite the side wall 14 against which it is arranged, more particularly in the transverse direction Y.

The facade 38 extends parallel to the longitudinal direction X.

The at least one refueling installation 34 here further comprises one or more storage spaces 40, for example intended for personnel.

The support 45 is, for example, arranged against the side wall 15 opposite to that against the at least one refueling installation 34.

The support 45 comprises, for example, a high shelf at a height from the floor 26 comprised between 850 mm and 1.0 meter, more particularly equal to 900 mm and a low shelf at a height from the floor 26 comprised between 600 mm and 750 mm , more particularly equal to 700 mm.

The presence of shelves at different heights makes it possible to offer a catering area 30 suitable for the greatest number of people, including people with reduced mobility (PRM).

The toilet space 32 is here arranged against the same side wall 14 as the at least one refueling facility 34.

The toilet space 32 is arranged against the at least one refueling facility 34 in the longitudinal direction X.

The toilet space 32 here has a maximum dimension in the transverse direction Y of less than or equal to 1620 mm.

The toilet space 32, here including clear water and black water tanks, here has a maximum dimension in the longitudinal direction X of between 2800 mm and 2830 mm.

The 32 toilet area is suitable for use by a person with reduced mobility, particularly in a wheelchair.

In the example shown, the toilet area 32 is arranged between the catering area 30 and the access or accesses 22 in the longitudinal direction X.

The free space 38 includes a passage 46 next to the toilet space 32 in the transverse direction Y.

The passage 46 extends the corridor 44 in the longitudinal direction X.

The free space 38 includes, here consists of, the corridor 44, the passage 46 and the circulation space 23.

Corridor 44, passage 46 and circulation space 23 form a continuous space. This allows circulation in the central zone 16. They are here arranged in this order.

The free space on the ground 38 here comprises a circulation circle 48 having a diameter greater than or equal to 1500 mm

Traffic circle 48 is included in the hallway.

The free space on the ground 38 also includes, here, a maneuvering circle 50 having a diameter greater than or equal to 1660 mm.

The maneuvering circle 50 thus allows a person with reduced mobility in a wheelchair to make a U-turn.

The maneuvering circle 50 has a non-zero intersection 52 with the circulation circle 48, the intersection representing less than 35%, more particularly less than 25%, of the circulation circle 48 .

Intersection 52 represents between 20% and 35% of the circulation circle.

Maneuvering circle 50 is included in the meeting of corridor 44 and passage 46.

The assembly formed by the circle of circulation 48 and the circle of maneuver 50 offers a configuration and a dimension allowing the crossing of two people in wheelchairs.

The free space on the ground 38 also includes, here, an annex circle 54 having a diameter greater than or equal to 1680 mm.

The annex circle 54 is arranged outside the catering area 30, here outside the catering area 30 and the passage 46.

The annex circle 54 is, more particularly, included in the circulation space 23 between the accesses 22.

The first travel space 18 is adjacent to the central zone 16, more particularly along the longitudinal direction X.

The first travel space 18 is here arranged next to the catering space 30 in the longitudinal direction X.

The first travel space 18 comprises a PMR space 56 accessible to people with reduced mobility, including people in wheelchairs.

The PMR space 56 includes in particular at least one free location 57 provided for parking a wheelchair, for example during a journey of the vehicle.

The or each location 57 is provided with a tablet, for example deployable, arranged to be usable as a table by a person in a wheelchair in the corresponding location 57.

The PMR space 56 also includes, for example, at least one passenger seat.

The PMR space 56 is arranged adjacent to the central zone 16, that is to say that it forms the portion or a portion of the first travel space 18 closest to the central zone 16.

The PMR area 56 has a flat floor 58 at the same height as the flat floor 26 of the central area 16.

The first travel space 18 further comprises here an upper part 60, for example accessible from the PMR space 56 with a staircase 62.

The upper part 60 includes a plurality of seats 63 for passenger.

The upper part 60 has a floor 64, here flat.

The floor 64 of the upper part 60 is at a higher height than that of the floor 58 of the PMR space or the floor 26 of the central zone 16.

The upper part 58 is arranged above the second bogie 13 in the elevation direction Z.

The fact that the second bogie 13 carries the car 10 and an adjacent car limits the size of the bogie on the car 10 in the longitudinal direction X. Thus, it is possible to design a car with a space having an increased low floor, here comprising the central zone 16 and the PRM space 56.

The first travel space 18 and the central zone 16 are separated by a door 66. More particularly, the PMR space 56 and the central zone 16, here the catering space 30, are separated by the door 66.

Door 66 is, for example, a double leaf door.

The door 66 here defines an opening having a width greater than or equal to 1000 mm, here in the transverse direction Y.

The second travel space 20 is adjacent to the central zone 16, more particularly opposite the central zone 16 with respect to the first travel space 18, here in the longitudinal direction X.

The second travel space 20 is arranged adjacent to at least one access 22.

The second travel space 20 is accessible from the central zone 16 by a staircase 68.

The second travel space 20 is, for example, separated from the central zone by a door.

The second travel space 20 has a floor 70, here flat.

The floor 70 of the second travel space 20 is for example at a height greater than that of the floor 26 of the central zone 16.

The second travel space 20 is arranged above the first bogie 12 in the elevation direction Z.

A car according to the invention is therefore particularly advantageous for a person with reduced mobility, in particular for any person in a wheelchair.

In particular, anyone, whether in a wheelchair or not, has access to all the services offered in the car, in particular to the refueling facilities and the toilets, and can circulate freely in the catering area.

This therefore makes it possible to offer the same services for all passengers.
