Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d’envoi de colis emballés dans un emballage, comprenant : à réception d’un colis, récupérer, via un lecteur d’un équipement utilisateur, un élément d’identification de l’emballage ; envoyer, depuis l’équipement utilisateur, l’élément d’identification vers un dispositif externe ; recevoir, au niveau de l’équipement utilisateur, un ensemble de localisations pour déposer l’emballage ; et déposer l’emballage dans une localisation parmi l’ensemble de localisations reçu pour que l’emballage soit à nouveau utilisé.[Fig. 5]
