Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'un récipient en verre par pressage direct, le récipient comprenant un volume interne délimité par un fond (10,D1) une paroi latérale (12) et une embouchure (11), et présentant une première hauteur (H1), le procédé comprenant fournir un moule (2) formant une cavité de moule comprenant une surface interne destinée à donner la forme d'une surface externe (17) du récipient, fournir un poinçon de formage (3) avec une surface externe (34) pour donner la forme d'une surface interne (18) du récipient, insérer une paraison (G) de verre malléable dans le moule, introduire le poinçon de formage dans la cavité de moule fermé, ressortir le poinçon de formage et ouvrir le moule, dans lequel la première hauteur H1 est supérieure à 40 mm et le poinçon présente un angle de dépouille (β) inférieur à 1,5 degré.
