Abstract

Un aspect de l’invention concerne un procédé de diagnostic (100) d’une défaillance de génération de vide dans un amplificateur de freinage d’un véhicule. Le procédé comporte les étapes de : calculer (102) un gradient de dépression de l’amplificateur de freinage, sélectionner (103) un gradient de dépression de référence, comparer (104) ledit gradient de dépression calculé audit gradient de dépression de référence sélectionné, si ledit gradient de dépression calculé est inférieur audit gradient de dépression de référence sélectionné, identifier (105) une défaillance de génération de vide dans ledit amplificateur de freinage, lorsqu’au moins une défaillance de génération de vide dans ledit amplificateur de freinage est identifiée, activer (108) un mode de défaillance.
