Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système d’échange de chaleur entre un bâtiment (1) et le sous-sol terrestre (5) comprenant un circuit fermé avec au moins une conduite (9) implantée dans ledit sous-sol terrestre (5) pour échanger de la chaleur avec le sous-sol terrestre (5) et reliées par des conduites de liaison (4, 7) à au moins une conduite (6) implantée dans ledit bâtiment (1) pour échanger de la chaleur avec le bâtiment (1), le circuit fermé comprenant une pompe de circulation (P) pour faire circuler un fluide dans ledit circuit fermé, et le fluide comprenant des capsules enfermant des matériaux à changement de phase. L’invention concerne également un procédé pour refroidir ou réchauffer un bâtiment (1) à partir du système d’échange de chaleur entre un bâtiment (1) et le sous-sol terrestre (5). Figure 1 à publier
