Abstract

Organe d’étanchéité (20), notamment pour une boîte d’essieu (1), comprenant deux portions annulaires d’étanchéité (22, 24) comprenant chacune un corps annulaire (22a, 24a), l’une des portions annulaires d’étanchéité (22a) comprenant au moins une dent axiale (22b) s’étendant axialement par rapport au corps annulaire (22a) correspondant, et l’autre des portions annulaires d’étanchéité (22b) comprenant au moins deux dents axiales (24b) s’étendant axialement par rapport au corps annulaire (24a) correspondant. Les dents axiales (22b, 24b) des portions annulaires (22, 24) s’étendent selon des directions opposées et coopèrent ensemble de manière à ce que les portions annulaires d’étanchéité (22, 24) s’emboitent l’une dans l’autre sans contact et à former un joint labyrinthe.
