Abstract

CONEXÃO TUBULAR VEDADA UTILIZADA NA INDÚSTRIA PETROLÍFERA. A presente invenção refere-sea uma conexão roscada vedada constituída por uns primeiro e segundo componentes tubulares, estando cada qual equipado com uma correspondente extremidade macho (1) e extremidade fêmea (2), em que a extremidade macho (1) apresenta emsua superfície periférica externa pelo menos uma zona roscada (3) e pelo menos uma superfície de vedação (5, 11) e termina por intermédio de uma superfície terminal (7) que está orientada segundo uma direção transversal ao eixo (10) da conexão; a extremidade fêmea (2) apresenta em sua superfície periférica interna pelo menos uma zona roscada (4) que trabalha em cooperação com a zona roscada (3) da extremidade macho (1) por ajustamento; as extremidade roscadas (3, 4) estão inclinadas segundo uma geratriz cônica (20) que define uma ângulo de fecho alfa; pelo menos uma superfície de vedação (6, 12) encontra-se posicionada com o eixo da conexão de modo a trabalhar em cooperação com a, pelo menos uma, superfície de vedação (5, 11) da extremidade macho (1) ao longo de uma zona de contato radialmente interferente, e terminandoem uma superfície terminal (8) que está orientada segundo uma direção transversal ao eixo (10) da conexão, estando a tangente na zona de contato da superfície de vedação (5, 6; 11, 12) inclinada ao longo de uma linha (30) que define um ângulo beta; com o eixo da conexão (10) da conexão roscada; caracterizado por a inclinação definida pela geratriz cônica (20) relativamente às zonas roscadas (3, 4) se encontrar em uma direção oposta à inclinação definida pela tangente (30) na zona de contato da superfície de vedação (5, 6; 11, 12).
