Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"JUNçãO ROSQUEADA INTEGRAL DE DOIS TUBOS METáLICOS"<D>. A junção rosqueada integral (100) de dois tubos metálicos de acordo com a invenção compreende um elemento macho (11) e um elemento fêmea (31), cada um dos elementos compreendendo uma superfície de apoio (14, 38), um rosqueamento cónico (15,35), uma face de apoio de estanqueidade (17,37) e uma superfície de extremidade (18,34). As superfícies de extremidade e de apoio são planas e perpendiculares ao eixo XX da junção. A face de apoio de estanqueidade macho (17) é separada do rosqueamento macho (15) por um lábio (10) que apresenta exteriormente uma superfície de lábio (16) cónica de conicidade igual à conicidade do rosqueamento macho (15) e sensivelmente no prolongamento (D1) da tangente (19) aos fundos do filete macho. A distância tal como PL entre as superfícies de extremidade (18) e de apoio (14) de um mesmo elemento (11) é adaptada à distância BL correspondente no outro elemento (31) para que no final de união, a colocação em batente seja feita em primeiro lugar entre o par interno (18,28) de superfícies de apoio.
