Abstract
L’invention vise principalement une composition pulvérulente pigmentée à base de polyamide pour le revêtement de substrats, comprenant : 40 à 99% en poids d’au moins un polyamide ; 1 à 30% en poids d’au moins un pigment ; et 0 à 30% en poids d’au moins un additif, dans laquelle le polyamide présente une viscosité inhérente, telle que mesurée à l’aide d’un tube Ubbelohde à 20°C sur une solution à 0.5% en poids dans le m-crésol selon la norme ISO 307 sauf que la température de mesure est de 20°C au lieu de 25°C, supérieure à 0,7 (g/100g)-1, et dans laquelle la composition a un diamètre médian en volume Dv50, tel que mesuré selon la norme ISO 9276 - parties 1 à 6, de 10 à 200 µm, de préférence 30 à 50 µm. Elle concerne par ailleurs un procédé pour sa fabrication, son utilisation pour le revêtement d’un substrat, métallique et un objet comprenant un substrat métallique revêtu par un revêtement obtenu avec la composition pulvérulente pigmentée à base de polyamide.
