Abstract

Four micro-ondes comportant un capteur de température infrarouge L’invention concerne dans le domaine des appareils de cuisson que sont les fours micro-ondes, un dispositif de mesure de la température des aliments. Pour mesurer la température de l’aliment, le four micro-ondes selon l’invention comporte un capteur de température infra-rouge pour mesurer la température des aliments à une distance de plusieurs centimètres en étant positionné intégré dans le four micro-ondes à une hauteur supérieure à celle de l’emplacement de l’aliment et en pouvant mesurer la température au niveau de la face supérieure de l’aliment. La présence selon l’invention d’un capteur de température infra-rouge (IR) permet de transformer une simple commande électronique de four micro-ondes (MW) en une véritable commande optimale de processus au sens de l’automatique.
