Abstract

L’invention propose un couvercle hygiénique d’un chariot buffet pour le libre-service de plats et de produits alimentaires étant un couvercle (1) en verre verticalement mobile agencé au-dessus du corps du buffet (3) au moyen d’un système de roulement (2). Le couvercle est équipé d'un système de commande sans contact du système de roulement qui comporte au moins un capteur optoélectronique (4) pour la montée du couvercle dans une position supérieure d’ouverture, pour l'émission et la détection de l'interruption du faisceau lumineux émis par celui-ci induit par le mouvement de la main d’un individu et pour sa descente en position inférieure de fermeture par le système de capteurs de présence (5) connecté avec des capteurs optoélectroniques à un circuit de commutation électronique (6) de l'alimentation électrique de la propulsion électrique (7) du système de roulement du couvercle en verre.
