Abstract

L’invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d’un aéronef, notamment du type téléopéré (1), comportant différents éléments structurels tels qu’au moins un fuselage (3) et des ailes (4), dans lequel on fabrique indépendamment les uns des autres lesdits éléments structurels de l’aéronef et on les relie entre eux. Il est caractérisé en ce que pour fabriquer chaque élément structurel de l’aéronef on utilise des strates élémentaires, issues d’une décomposition de l’élément considéré selon un plan et un ou des pas déterminés, et préalablement obtenues par découpe de flans de matériau puis assemblées entre elles pour reconstituer ledit élément structurel, et en ce que pour relier entre eux les différents éléments structurels de l’aéronef, on utilise des moyens d’assemblage réversible.
