La présente invention propose un ventilateur pour un rotor de machine électrique tournante s’étendant autour d’un axe de rotation (X), formé d’un matériau plastique et comportant : une base (42) s’étendant transversalement par rapport à l’axe et au moins une pale (43) s’étendant en saillie à partir de la base et une portion de renfort (44) s’étendant à partir de la base et présentant une épaisseur (EP4), mesurée dans une direction axiale, supérieure à une épaisseur (EP3), mesurée dans une direction axiale, de la base (42).
