Abstract

Solution de fabrication d’un disque aubagé monobloc L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un disque aubagé monobloc d’une turbomachine, ledit procédé comprenant l’étape suivante : - (E1) : fabrication d’une pluralité d’aubes, les aubes comprenant d’une part un pied, et d’autre part une portion profilée ; caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : - (E2) : frittage flash des aubes avec une poudre de métal, les aubes étant réparties angulairement sur un contour d’un moule de frittage flash annulaire, le pied des aubes étant noyé dans la poudre de métal, la portion profilée des aubes faisant saillie de la poudre de métal radialement vers l’extérieur.
