Claims (15)
- Procédé de fabrication additive par fusion sélective de poudre métallique ou céramique comportant les étapes de:
- Dépôt d’une couche (C) de poudre
- Fusion sélective d’au moins une zone de la couche de poudre, dans lequel le procédé comporte, à l’issue du dépôt et préalablement à la fusion sélective, une étape de revêtement au cours de laquelle des grains de poudre métallique ou céramique (1) sont au moins partiellement recouverts d’un film d’un matériau d’ajout (2), les grains de poudre métallique ou céramique (1) présentant une première conductivité électrique, le matériau d’ajout (2) présentant une deuxième conductivité électrique supérieure ou égale à la première conductivité.
- Procédé de fabrication additive selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la poudre (1) est métallique et comporte un métal ou un alliage présentant une conductivité électrique inférieure à 1 Sm-1, et dans lequel le matériau d’ajout (2) comporte un métal ou un alliage de métal ou de carbone, ou un organométallique, ou un composite base carbone présentant une conductivité au moins équivalente à celle du graphite.
- Procédé de fabrication additive selon l’une des revendications 1 à 2, dans lequel la poudre (1) est métallique et comporte au moins un métal ou un alliage de métaux choisi parmi les métaux précieux les réfractaires, lesmétaux de transitions, et les terres rares.
- Procédé de fabrication additive selon l’une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l’étape de revêtement est réalisée au moyen d’un dispositif de traitement surfacique (5) configuré pour générer un plasma et projeter le plasma selon un motif sensiblement linéique, le dispositif de traitement surfacique (5) étant adapté pour être déplacé au-dessus de la poudre métallique de manière à projeter le plasma sur la poudre métallique.
- Procédé de fabrication additive selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le dispositif de traitement surfacique (5) comporte un dispositif à arc électrique comportant une électrode (501) comportant du matériau d’ajout (2), l’électrode (501) étant positionné en regard de la couche de poudre (C) de telle manière que du matériau d’ajout (2) est projeté vers la couche de poudre (C) lorsqu’un arc électrique (201) s’établit entre l’électrode (501) et la couche (C).
- Procédé de fabrication additive selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le dispositif de traitement surfacique (5) comporte un dispositif à magnétron (503) positionné en regard de la couche de poudre (C) de telle manière que du matériau d’ajout (2) est projeté vers la couche de poudre (C) par pulvérisation.
- Procédé de fabrication additive selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le dispositif de traitement surfacique (5) comporte un dispositif à fil soufflé, comportant un fil (504) connecté à une source de puissance, dans lequel le fil (504) s’étend au-dessus du lit de poudre et est constitué du matériau d’ajout, la source de puissance étant configurée pour injecter un courant dans le fil (504) de telle manière que le matériau d’ajout se vaporise et se dépose sur la couche (C) de poudre.
- Procédé de fabrication additive selon l’une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le film de matériau d’ajout présente une épaisseur inférieure à 50µm.
- Procédé de fabrication additive selon l’une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel l’étape de fusion sélective est réalisée au moyen d’une source de puissance (10) comportant au moins une source à faisceau de particules (13), par exemple un faisceau d’électrons.
- Procédé de fabrication additive selon l’une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel une étape de traitement surfacique des poudres métalliques ou céramiques est réalisée successivement à chaque étape de disposition d’une couche (C) de poudre métallique.
- Procédé de fabrication additive selon l’une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel le film est déposé par pulvérisation d’une solution liquide de matériau d’ajout dans un solvant volatile à haute température.
- Procédé de fabrication additive selon l’une des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le film est déposé mécaniquement par couverture de la couche (C) de poudres d’un film composite (205) comportant une matrice volatile à haute température et chargée en matériau d’ajout.
- Procédé de fabrication additive selon l’une des revendications 1 à 7, 11 et 12 dans lequel le film de matériau d’ajout présente une épaisseur inférieure à 200nm.
- Dispositif de fabrication additive configuré pour réaliser un procédé de fabrication additive selon l’une des revendications 1 à 13, le dispositif de fabrication additive comportant:
- un élément de mise en couche (4) configuré pour disposer une couche (C) de poudre métallique ou céramique (1) sensiblement plane ;
- un dispositif de traitement surfacique (5) configuré pour réaliser un procédé de traitement surfacique de la couche (C) de poudre métallique ou céramique ;
- une source de puissance (10) configurée pour réaliser une fusion sélective d’au moins une zone de la couche (C) de poudres. - Dispositif de fabrication additive selon la revendication 14, dans lequel l’élément de mise en couche (4) est configuré pour déposer une couche (C) de poudre lorsqu’il est déplacé à la surface d’un support (7), et dans lequel le dispositif de traitement surfacique (5) est solidaire en déplacement de l’élément de mise en couche (4), de telle sorte que lors du déplacement de l’élément de mise en couche (4), l’élément de mise en couche (4) dépose une couche (C) de poudre et le dispositif de traitement surfacique (5) traite la couche (C) de poudre déposée par l’élément de mise en couche (4).
