Abstract

The present invention relates to a device (1) for presenting a plurality of packages (3) of sale items, the sale items being in particular of the same nature and having different characteristics, for example different sizes, each package (3) comprising one or more articles of given characteristic (a, b, c, d), the device (1) having a front face visible to a consumer, the device (1) being characterized in that it comprises a support packaging, in particular in the form of a tray, the packaging (3) being arranged in the packaging support in such a way that for at least one packaging (3) an indication of the characteristic (a, b, c, d) of the article appears on said at least one packaging (3) on the front face of the device (1), and in that the device (1) comprises an element for presenting the nature (A) of the articles of sale (4), said display element (4) occupying part of the front face of the display positive (1) so as to leave visible said indication of the characteristic (a, b, c, d) of the article, said presentation element (4) being further able to tilt relative to the packaging support, of so as to allow the gripping of packages (3) located behind the display element (4). DEVICE FOR THE PRESENTATION OF A PLURALITY OF PACKAGES OF SALES ARTICLES

The subject of the present invention is a device for presenting a plurality of packaging of sale items, the sale items being in particular of the same nature and of different sizes. The invention relates in particular to a device for presenting a set of packages of knitted footwear.

Knitted footwear items include, in particular, socks, ankle socks and similar hosiery items, as well as stockings, varicose stockings, knee-highs and tights.

It has been noted by consumers, in supermarkets in particular, that the presentation of the packaging of these knitted footwear items was not satisfactory, due in particular to the lack of clarity and legibility of the presentation.

Indeed, currently, the packaging is arranged facing the consumer, without much visibility of the size of the items. Per display, there is only one size. To have four sizes available, the displays are arranged next to each other and/or one above the other, which requires space. In addition, this device requires for the four sizes the presence on the front face of four presentation elements.

In addition, mass distribution imposes increasingly demanding constraints in terms of space available for the presentation of articles.

The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks.

It proposes in particular a device for displaying a plurality of packaging of sale items, which allows a clear and legible presentation of the nature and size of the items, while facilitating the taking of the packaging by the consumer, and this in a small space.

The subject of the invention is thus a device for presenting a plurality of packaging of sales items, the sales items being in particular of the same nature and having different characteristics, for example different sizes, each packaging comprising one or several items of given characteristic, the device having a front face visible to a consumer.

The device according to the invention comprises a packaging support, in particular in the form of a tray, the packaging being arranged in the packaging support so that for at least one packaging an indication of the characteristic of the article appears on said at least one packaging on the front face of the device, and in that the device comprises a presentation element of the nature of sale articles, said presentation element occupying part of the front face of the device so as to leaving visible said indication of the characteristic of the article, said presentation element also being capable of tilting relative to the packaging support, so as to allow gripping of packaging located behind the presentation element.

Thus, the positioning of the presentation element allows a clear and readable presentation of the nature and the characteristic of the articles, for example the size of the articles, while facilitating the taking of the packaging by the consumer. The tilting nature of the presentation element allows all packaging to be taken, including those located behind the presentation element. The presentation element can be flexible or rigid. In the remainder of the description, the presentation element is preferably flexible.

The characteristic of the article is typically the size of the article.

The packaging support may comprise a front face, disposed in a lower part of the front face of the device, and the presentation element may comprise a base integral with the front face of the packaging support and extending along said front face of the packaging support, and a presentation zone extending above the base, so that the presentation zone is capable of tilting around an axis consisting of the front face of the support 'packaging.

The width of the presentation area can be less than the width of the base, and the height of the presentation area can be less than the height of the packaging.

The presentation area may include an indication of the nature of the sale items. It may also include an indication of the brand of the sale items.

The presentation element can comprise a flexible support in which a presentation insert is inserted. Alternatively, the presentation can be mentioned on the medium itself.

The support of the presentation element can be made of poly(ethylene terephthalate), and have a thickness of between 300 and 450 μm, and preferably 350 and 400 μm. Such a thickness makes it possible to avoid an unsightly inclination of the presentation element and to increase its lifespan, while facilitating the gripping of the packaging and this without damaging the tilting joint.

The base of the presentation element may comprise, for example at each of its lateral ends, a fastening element configured to clip onto the front face of the packaging support. More generally, the base of the presentation element can comprise at least one fixing element configured to be fixed on the front face of the packaging support.

Each packaging may include a size indication located above the presentation element. Alternatively, at least one set of packages may include a size indication located above the base of the display element and adjacent to the display area of the display element.

The device may further comprise a tie rod device, comprising a tie rod, carried by a tie rod holder, itself carried by a support via a suspension element, the plane of the tie rod holder and the plane of the support being orthogonal to the front of the device. Alternatively, the device may further comprise a tie rod device, comprising a tie rod carried directly by a support, the plane of the support being orthogonal to the front face of the device.

The sale items may be knitted footwear.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Figure 1 illustrates devices 1 for displaying a plurality of packaging of sale items according to the invention.

Each device 1 comprises a parallelepipedic packaging support 2, the packaging support 2 being in the form of a tray. Inside the tray 2 are arranged packaging 3 containing the articles. The height of the tray 2 is less than the height of the packaging 3. The tray 2 is advantageously made by injection, it can be made of polystyrene, for example black polystyrene incorporating recycled material from automotive industry scrap. It is however possible to envisage other types of materials for the tray 2, for example cardboard.

Tray 2 can be described in an orthonormal frame (X, Y, Z). The X direction is the longitudinal direction, in the direction of the width of the tray 2, the Y direction extends in the direction of the height of the tray 2, and the Z direction extends in the direction of the depth of the tray 2.

As shown in Figure 1, four devices 1 are arranged longitudinally side by side. For greater clarity, only a complete device 1 has been shown, so as to better visualize the trays 2 of the other devices 1.

Each tray 2 comprises a front face 2a, located on the consumer's side, a rear face 2b, two side faces 2c and a lower face 2d on which the packaging 3 is arranged. In the operational configuration of the device 1, the front 2a and rear faces 2b are longitudinal vertical faces, extending in an XY plane, the side faces 2c are transverse vertical faces, extending in a YZ plane, and the lower face 2d is a horizontal face, extending in an XZ plane . In order to save material, the lower face 2d is advantageously provided with second perforations. The side faces 2c may have a greater height than that of the front 2a and rear 2b faces, which makes it possible to properly maintain the packaging 3 inside the tray 2.

The trays 2 are mounted on shelves fixed on vertical uprights, not shown. In order to free up a space for the vertical uprights and to prevent the uprights from abutting on the trays 2, a recess 2f can be made laterally on each side face 2c at the level of the rear face 2b (FIG. 2). In this configuration, there are no packages at the level of a transverse zone 2g located at the rear of the tray 2 and encompassing the recesses 2f.

To be able to arrange transversely (in the direction of the depth) several series of packages 3, stops 2h1, 2h2 parallel to the front 2a and rear 2b faces make it possible to block the packages 3 transversely and thus ensure good maintenance of these packages 3. The stops 2h1, 2h2 are preferably lower than the front 2a and rear 2b faces. A first stop 2h1 is located on the side of the front face 2a, while a second stop 2h2 is located on the side of the rear face 2b.

So that the trays 2 are well maintained on the shelves and to prevent them from slipping, a magnet (not shown) is advantageously arranged under the tray 2, for example under the lower face 2d.

In accordance with the invention, a presentation element 4 of the nature of the items of sale occupies part of the front face of the device 1 and leaves visible indications of the sizes a, b, c, d of the items of sale which appear on the top of the front face of the packages 3 (FIGS. 3 and 4).

As shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4, the presentation element 4 extends vertically in the XY plane of the front face. The presentation element 4 is T-shaped with a base 4a of longitudinal orientation and a presentation zone 4b which extends vertically from the base 4a and above the base 4a. The width of the base 4a is equal to or less than the width of the tray 2, while the height of the base 4a is equal to, or preferably less than the height of the front face 2a of the tray 2. The presentation area 4b can be centered in the direction of the width, and is of a width less than that of the base 4a, so as to leave visible for the consumer a plurality, even a majority of packages 3 on the front face of the device 1. The height of the presentation area 4b (which is also the height of the presentation element 4) is advantageously lower than the height of the packaging 3, so as to leave the size indications a, b, c, d visible to the consumer located for example in an upper part of the front face of the packages 3. As a variant, the size indications can be located on one or more front faces of the packages 3, on each side of the presentation area 4b.

The presentation area 4b includes an indication A of the nature of the sale items. Indication A can thus be, for example, a range of sales items. The presentation zone 4b can also mention the brand B of the sales items.

The presentation element 4 comprises a flexible (semi-rigid) support 5, typically made of flexible plastic material, which is integral with the front face 2a of the tray 2 (FIG. 5). The flexible plastic material is advantageously poly (ethylene terephthalate), better known by the English name of "polyethylene terephthalate" or PET, and of thickness preferably between 300 and 450 μm, and even more preferably between 350 and 400 µm. This thickness makes it possible to confer good flexibility and repeated tilting of the presentation element 4. The support 5 can be mounted on the front face 2a or form an integral part thereof. The support 5 is intended to receive a presentation insert 9 which is inserted into the support 5, like a letter in an envelope. The support may comprise for this purpose a fold at its base and a fold at its upper end. The support 5 is transparent and reveals the information appearing on the presentation insert 6, such as the nature A of the items of sale and the brand B of the items of sale. The presentation insert 9 can be made of cardboard.

As illustrated in the embodiment of Figures 5 to 8, the support 5 is fixed to the front face 2a of the tray 2a. The support 5 is provided for this purpose with two fixing elements 5a arranged at the level of the base of the support 5. Each fixing element 5a is advantageously made of flexible, semi-rigid material, typically of flexible plastic material, typically poly(chloride vinyl), known by the acronym PVC, and is generally in the form of a hook. The fixing element 5a thus comprises a curved end which is positioned or clipped onto the front face 2a of the tray 2a, each fixing element 5a being for example positioned at a longitudinal end of the base of the support 5. curved end connects a front face to a rear face of the fixing element 5a. To ensure the fixing of the fixing element 5a on the front face 2a of the tray, the fixing element 5a can comprise on one of its faces a double-sided bonding, comprising a foam provided with an adhesive on a front face. and on a back side of the foam. The foam is thus arranged between the fixing element 5a and the base of the support 5. A system of notches on the front face 2a of the tray 2 advantageously makes it possible to ensure correct positioning of each fixing element 5a. In such a way that the front and rear faces of the fastening element 5a are kept parallel, the front face 2a of the tray 2 may comprise locally at the level of each fastening element 5a an extra thickness which compensates for the internal play, between the front face and the rear face, of the fixing element 5a. This additional thickness makes it possible to maintain the presentation insert 9 in a vertical position.

It is possible to conceive of any type of fixing of the support 5 on the front face 2a of the tray 2, and in particular by gluing (for example by using an adhesive strip or a hook-and-loop strip), clipping, or even by the implementation of pleats.

Figure 7 illustrates the support 5 before its attachment to the front face 2a of the tray 2. Figure 8 illustrates the support 5 once attached to the front face 2a of the tray 2 using the fixing elements 5a.

Thus, the presentation element 4 allows a clear and readable presentation of the nature and size of the articles, while facilitating the taking of the packaging 3 by the consumer. The tilting towards the consumer of the presentation element 4, around an axis constituted by the front face 2a of the tray 2, allows all the packaging 3 to be taken, including those located in the center of the presentation device 1 ( figure 9). The flexible material support 5 is flexible enough to allow the gripping of the packaging 3 located behind the presentation area 4b, while allowing a return to the vertical of the presentation element 4 once a packaging 3 has been entered.

The device 1 can also comprise a tie rod device 6, comprising a tie rod 6a, carried by a tie rod holder 6b, itself carried by a support 6c via a metal suspension ring 6d (FIG. 10). The puller 6 allows the consumer to test the knitted footwear article by passing his hand through the puller 6, so as to assess the effect of the article on the leg.

The plane of the tie rod holder 6b and the support plane 6c advantageously extend orthogonally to the plane of the front face 2a, and extend more particularly in a YZ plane. This configuration of the device 6 makes it possible to contribute to the general clarity of the presentation. The support 6c can be made of recycled black polycarbonate.

The device 6 is advantageously snapped onto the front face 2a of the tray 2, at the level of a longitudinal end of the front face 2a, for example on the right side. It is also possible to envisage the device 6 being an integral part of the tray 2.

3 packages can be grouped inside 7 sets, called refills. Each refill 7 can for example contain packaging 3 of articles of the same nature and/or of the same size. The refill system 7 allows the replenishment of displays in stores.

The refills 7 can contain two types of packaging 3, namely packaging of the “CD” (for “compact disc” in English) type, alluding to the low thickness of these packaging, or packaging 3 of the “cube ", thicker. FIG. 11 illustrates refills 7 comprising packages 3 of the “CD” type, while FIG. 12 illustrates refills 7 comprising packages 3 of the “cube” type. It is possible to envisage refills comprising four or eight packages 3 of the “CD” type. It is also possible to envisage refills comprising ten packages 3 of the “cube” type. It is of course possible to adapt the size of the refills 7 and the number of packaging 3 contained in the refills 7 according to the size of the trays 2.

The “CD” type packages 3 are arranged perpendicular to the front face 2a of the tray, like books in a library, so that the size indications a, b, c, d appear on the edge of the tray. packaging 3, facing the consumer (Figure 3). In the case of packaging of the “cube” type, the nature A and brand B indications of the articles can be arranged on the front face of the packaging 3, while the size indications a, b, c, d of the articles can be arranged on a front face of the refills 7 (FIG. 13).

Claims (13)

Device (1) for presenting a plurality of packaging (3) of sales items, the sales items being in particular of the same nature and having different characteristics, for example different sizes, each packaging (3) comprising a or several items of given characteristic (a, b, c, d), the device (1) having a front face visible to a consumer (8), the device (1) being characterized in that it comprises a support for packages (2), in particular in the form of a tray, the packages (3) being arranged in the package carrier (2) in such a way that for at least one package (3) an indication of the characteristic ( a, b, c, d) of the article appears on said at least one packaging (3) on the front face of the device (1), and in that the device (1) comprises a nature presentation element (A ) of the items of sale (4), said presentation element (4) occupying part of the front face of the device (1) so as to leave visible the said indication of the characteristic (a, b, c, d) of the article, said presentation element (4) also being capable of tilting relative to the packaging support (2), so as to allow gripping of packaging (3) located behind the presentation element (4).
