Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a display and presentation device. information of the placard type for the dressing of the points of sale. The invention relates more particularly to a panel support device signage and mounted on a store shelf.

In order to draw consumers' attention to a particular item, it is known to have at the end of the shelves of a store of placards or signs that extend substantially perpendicular to the radius of the store, at the level of the sector where said article can be found, to directly capture the gaze of a consumer moving along said radius of the store.

Such posters or placards, as well as their supports must be particularly striking for having a strong influence on the impression a customer is formed from the store and the goods arranged therein on the shelves.

Signs are conventionally used comprising a support part serving as attachment piece for the detachable fixing posters or signs and a suitable mounting part for example to allow for example the mounting of said signage device on the front of a shelf or on a type of label holder mounted on the front of a store shelf. A consumer moving on along a radius and thus viewing a poster is then warned of the presence of a particular item on the store shelf at said placard.

Said support and mounting parts are securely linked to one the other and the placard generally forms an angle of substantially 90 °.

The angle between said support and mounting parts cannot however be adapted to reinforce or at least modify the visual effect of such poster. And when the shelves on which such a device signs are installed are inclined, a poster fixed with such a device is therefore tilted in the same way and the visual effect is then particularly bad.

An object of the invention is to have such a signage device for covering retail outlets in which the angle of inclination formed between the support and mounting parts is modular.

Another object of the invention is to have a device for signage that is adapted to the inclination of door-type profiles labels mounted on the front of a shelf to allow adequate display of information.

To this end, the invention provides a presentation device placard-type information in points of sale including a support part serving as attachment piece for removable fixing signage posters, a mounting section to allow mounting of said device on a type of label holder type mounted on the front face a shelf of a point of sale and an intermediate part between said support part and said mounting part, characterized in that said part support is able to pivot with respect to said intermediate part so adapted to allow the inclination of said support part to be varied with respect to said mounting part.

In this way, the articulated device object of the invention allows the pivoting of the poster support part vis-à-vis the mounting part. The angle of inclination of the placard with respect to normal can thus be particularly suitable when the profile type carries labels on which the device object of the invention is mounted is inclined.

Preferably, said intermediate part has a hole and said support part comprises at its base a portion capable of cooperating with said hole in said intermediate part to act as a pivot axis.

Said portion able to cooperate with said hole in said portion advantageously has the form of a double harpoon making it possible to securing said support and intermediate parts.

Advantageously, the pivoting of said support part with respect to of said intermediate part is carried out with possible fixing of the angle of inclination. Preferably, the portion of said part intermediate on the side opposite to said mounting part is substantially circular and has at least one notch and said support part has at its base a portion capable of cooperating with said at least one notch to lock said support part in an inclination position chosen.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the change of angular position of the support part is advantageously done without it being necessary to separate said support part from said part intermediate.

Said mounting part and intermediate part form advantageously a single piece and the device object of the invention is made of plastic material of polycarbonate plastic type.

As shown in Figure 1, the device 1 object of the invention comprises three main parts: an assembly part 2 adapted to allow the mounting of said device 1 of the invention on a door profile labels mounted on the front of a shelf, a support part 3 serving as a fastening piece for the removable fixing of posters or visuals carrying information and an intermediate part 4 between said part mounting 2 and said support part 3.

The various parts of the device of the invention are preferably made by plastic injection, for example in polycarbonate. Advantageously, said parts are made of transparent material ensuring the device of the invention a certain discretion when positioned on store shelves.

Said support part 3 serves as a visual door; she is actually suitable for supporting posters, labels or other signs carrying information and intended for example to attract the attention of the consumer on certain products or discounts.

Said support part 3 is advantageously a standard part suitable to be used in other devices intended for point signage of sale, and in particular those with a non-modular angle of inclination such as described previously.

Said support part 3 comprises two connected retaining panels between them by a slice 5 arranged on the side of the shelf on which the device 1 is intended to be mounted. The two panels are not interconnected on the opposite side to said section 5. The spacing between said two panels on the side opposite to said edge 5 constitutes a groove suitable for authorizing passage and guiding a placard or equivalent between said two retaining panels.

A first retaining panel includes beveled 6-fit studs to facilitate the guiding of a placard or equivalent in said support part 3. The other retaining panel is advantageously hollowed out and consists mainly on the side of said base 5 in a tongue 7. Said tongue 7 also contributes to guiding and accommodating a placard between said two panels. The first retaining panel is hollowed out in the part opposite said tab 7.

Said groove, said bevelled studs 6 and said tongue 7 allow to the device 1 object of the invention to effectively maintain a placard. Of course, a placard thus inserted into said support part 3 is easily removable.

The retaining panels advantageously have, on the side opposite to said edge 5, of a rounded shape contributing to the fact that said support part 3 has substantially the appearance of a sail.

Said support part 3 has at its base, on the side of said part intermediate 4, of a portion 8 forming a double harpoon extending vertically on the surface of said support part 3. Said portion 8 is advantageously disposed at the lower end of said support part 3 on the side of said section 5.

The intermediate part 4 connects said support part 3 to said part mounting 2. Said intermediate part 4 has a hole 9 located on said intermediate part 3 on the side where it is in contact with said part mounting 2. Said hole 9 is substantially cylindrical and can receive said double harpoon portion 8 of said support part 3. Said support 3 and intermediate 4 parts are thus secured to each other at using said holes 9 and portion forming a double harpoon 8. The portions end of the harpoons of said portion forming a double harpoon 8 protruding of the hole 9 prevent the two support parts 3 from being easily dismantled and intermediate 4 and allow a rotational movement of said part support 3 with respect to said intermediate part 4.

It is thus possible to modify the angle of inclination of the part support 4 vis-à-vis the type of label holder on which the device object of the invention is mounted. It is in particular possible to modify the inclination of the visual support part in order to counteract the inclination inclined shelves.

Said intermediate part comprises, on the side opposite said hole 9 and at said mounting part 2, a substantially circular end portion.

Advantageously, said end portion substantially circular comprises a plurality of notches 10. Said support part 2 furthermore has at its base, on the side of said intermediate piece 4, a portion 11 forming a harpoon extending vertically over the surface of said support part 3. Said portion 11 is advantageously arranged at the lower end of said support part 3 on the side opposite to said section 5. In such a way, said harpoon portion 11 of said part support 3 is housed in one of the notches 10 of said intermediate part 4, the end of the harpoon portion 11 coming to anchor on the part intermediate 3. Said support part 3 is then effectively blocked according to an angle of inclination chosen with respect to said intermediate part 4 and therefore vis-à-vis the label holder on which the device which is the subject of the invention is fixed.

It is thus possible to have the support part 3 take different angular positions with respect to the support on which the device object of the invention is mounted. And these angular positions are particularly stable due to the solid bond of the portion forming harpoon 11 in one of the notches 10.

The angular position change of the support part 3 is done advantageously without it being necessary to separate said part support 3 of said intermediate part 4. Said two parts can, from made in particular of the flexibility of the plastic used, effectively spaced from each other at the portion forming harpoon 11 of the support part 3 and notches 10 of the part intermediate 4, without breaking the connection provided by said portion forming double harpoon 10 and said hole 9.

The device which is the subject of the invention thus authorizes a multiple repositioning of the inclination of the support part 3 according to the effect desired visual or type of label holder on which device 1 of the invention has gone up.

Advantageously, said mounting part 2 makes it possible to mount the device object of the invention on any type of shelf point furniture sales via any rail on the front of a tablet. The device which is the subject of the invention can thus be, for example mounted directly on the front of a point-of-sale shelf or on a metal profile secured to a shelf or on a door strip labels fixed in particular by fitting on a shelf. It is to highlight that labeling can be achieved using such a label holder strip is paper or electronic (we then speak of EEG, acronym Gondola Electronic Labeling).

Said mounting part and said intermediate part 3 are linked securely and preferably constitute a single piece. The shape of said parts is adapted to the type of shelf on which the device object of the invention is mounted.

Figures 2 and 3 show two types of mounting part, respectively 2 and 2b, associated with intermediate parts 4 and 4b, for the development of a device according to the invention.

The number of notches and their arrangement on the portion substantially circular end of said intermediate portion depends on embodiment of the invention. Similarly the length of the portion substantially circular end of said intermediate portion varies according to the embodiment envisaged.

FIG. 2 illustrates the case where the device 1 of the invention is intended for be mounted via its mounting part 2 to a tablet having on its face before a mounting ramp 12 comprising a groove in its part upper and a rail in its lower part. Figure 3 illustrates the case where the device 1b of the invention is intended to be mounted via its part mounting 2b to a shelf having on its front face a ramp of mounting 12b comprising a protruding portion at its upper end and a portion of a curved curve.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments particulars which have just been described, but extends to any variant conforms to his spirit.

Claims (9)

Device (1) for displaying information of the display type in points of sale comprising a support part (3) serving as an attachment piece for the removable fixing of signage posters, a mounting part (2) to allow mounting said device (1) on a type of label holder type mounted on the front face of a shelf of a point of sale and an intermediate part (4) between said support part (3) and said mounting part (2),
characterized in that said support part (3) is able to pivot with respect to said intermediate part (4) in a manner adapted to allow the inclination of said support part (3) to be varied relative to said mounting part (2). Device according to claim 1, characterized in that , said intermediate part (4) comprising a hole (9), said support part (3) comprises at its base a portion (10) capable of cooperating with said hole (9) of said intermediate part (4) to act as a pivot axis of said support part (3) with respect to said intermediate part (4). Device according to claim 2, characterized in that said portion (10) able to cooperate with said hole (9) of said intermediate portion (4) has substantially the shape of a double harpoon making it possible to secure said support parts (3) and intermediate (4). Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pivoting of said support part (3) with respect to said intermediate part (4) takes place with possible fixing of the angle of inclination. Device according to claim 4, characterized in that , the portion of said intermediate part (4) on the side opposite to said mounting part (2) being substantially circular and comprising at least one notch (10), said support part (3) comprises at its base a portion (11) able to cooperate with said at least one notch (10) for locking said support part (3) in a chosen tilt position. Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the change in angular position of the support part (3) takes place without it being necessary to separate said support part (3) from said intermediate part (4). Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said mounting part (2) and intermediate part (4) form a single piece. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said support part (2), support part (3) and intermediate part (4) are made of plastic material of the polycarbonate plastic type. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that , the shelf on which said mounting part (2) is mounted being inclined, the inclination of said support part (3) relative to said mounting part (2) is adapted to compensate for the inclination of said shelf.
